What this site collects
This website collects the information you choose to send us through an inquiry — typically your name, work email, institution and the message you write. Inquiries are used to respond to you and for nothing else.
Analytics
We may collect aggregate usage measurements to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell information collected through this site, and we do not use it for advertising targeting.
Product data
Information held inside CivicDirect products on behalf of a public institution belongs to that institution. Its handling, retention and disclosure are governed by the contract with that institution and by applicable public records law.
